Noir 55 Coffee Shop – Return & Exchange Policy
At Noir 55 Coffee Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for products purchased online.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This applies to all coffee-related products, including brewing equipment, coffee beans, or merchandise. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and further instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if any item, such as coffee beans, brewing tools, or merchandise, is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as coffee beans or fresh food products)
- Custom or personalised items (including custom coffee blends)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure a swift exchange, return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
