Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our coffee shop on Bristol Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham. Orders can typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Areas
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the courier’s website (DPD or Evri).
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues). We will do our best to keep you informed if your delivery is delayed.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they will either:
- Leave the parcel in a safe location.
- Provide instructions for redelivery or collection.

Damaged or Lost Items
